Tara holds a master's degree in Organizational Management and a certified Training Manager/Director designation. Tara is an active member of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, American Society for Training & Development, International Society for Performance Improvement, was 2004 Chair of the Business Women's Leadership Group, and is currently a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Tara is also an instructor of management and leadership courses at the University of Phoenix and Front Range Community College. Her client list includes top organizations such as Intrado, Caterpillar, National Wildlife Federation, Proligo, Inovonics Wireless Corporation, and Janus Capital Group.
