The
Rock Bottom Foundation is the charitable arm of Rock Bottom Restaurants,
Inc. (parent company to Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, Old Chicago
Restaurants, ChopHouse & Brewery, SingSing, Walnut Brewery and Boulder
Beer) and is a 501 c(3), non-profit organization.
Dedicated to combating hunger and homelessness in the
communities in which we live and operate restaurants, the Foundation
provides support through our restaurants to organizations and programs
that address this social issue. Rock Bottom Restaurants believes in
giving back to the communities in which we are so fortunate to do business.

History
In 2000, The Rock Bottom Foundation was founded to provide
a way to channel the Corporation’s abundant giving, encourage and
facilitate community service programs, and assist employees who experience
hardships. Old Chicago Foundation, ChopHouse Foundation and Rock Bottom
Foundation are all the same entity, with a common mission of addressing
Hunger and Homelessness and supporting teammates in crisis.
A strong part of our culture, the Foundation embodies the
spirit of making a difference in the lives of others. It is an integral
part of our culture, it sets us apart and makes us unique in our industry.

MISSION:
The Rock Bottom Foundation is committed to positively
impact Hunger & Homelessness in our communities, help our Teammates
in crisis, and inspire a culture of giving and volunteerism.
