Who is John McCracken?
He is a compassionate and understanding man who has owned and managed
two successful businesses: a cogeneration and solar heating service and
repair business for 10 years and a mountain restaurant and bakery with
his wife for 5 years. He also worked professionally for the YMCA
for ten years as Physical Education Director, Associate Executive and
acting Executive (CEO). His duties included raising money,
supervising staff, managing the physical facility, managing large
budgets, and teaching classes. He has experience supervising
staff and volunteers, keeping the books, reading financial reports,
washing dishes and taking out the garbage. He volunteers as
a certified counselor for SCORE (counselors to America’s small
businesses). His hobbies have included: flying, gliding, skiing,
backpacking, scuba diving, photography, and Rock & Roll history.
His favorite experience has been working with people to take charge of
their lives. He has decided that it is time to use these valuable
work and life experiences working with you to maximize the potential
that each individual possesses, according their own Values. That
is why he started Human Potential, to be a personal life and business
coach.
Through our coaching relationship, I will work with you to:
